Nokia introduces the Nokia E71, the latest email-optimized devices from the Nokia Eseries product range. The E71 weighs 126 g and it’s very skinny (114 mm x 57 mm x 10 mm). With this Nokia Eseries device, people can get reliable real-time access to their email, calendar, contacts and tasks, as well as download attachments like Word, Excel, Powerpoint or PDF files directly to their devices. The Nokia E71 supports email accounts from more than a thousand internet service providers (ISPs) around the world, as well as Gmail, Yahoo! mail and Hotmail. While the call quality of the phone was pretty decent, its battery was also quite consistent. It managed to offer a good back up in spite of heavy usage. The E71 has Bluetooth 2.0, Wi-Fi, and GPS in a package that looks great and can last a few hard days. If that’s not good design execution, then I don’t know what is. Indian Style Mehndi Designs

indian mehendiThis is a simple recipe for mixing henna. It’s the same one we’ve been using to decorate clients and teaching to others for several years. Mehendi’ (mehndi) simplicity is one of the reasons we use it. Except for the henna / mehndi powder, all the tools and materials needed to mix the recipe and apply the paste can be found in most kitchens, or at almost any grocery store. Also. because it’s simple, it’s an easy recipe to teach and for others to learn and remember.

If you are new to henna painting, this recipe is a good start, but look around at what other practitioners are doing too. Keep in mind that no recipe is a guarantee of immediate success because there are a great many variables that affect the results you get, so you have to be willing to inquire and experiment until you find a combination of materials and techniques that works for you.

The patterns of mehndi are typically quite intricate and predominantly applied to brides before wedding ceremonies. However, Mehndi decorations became fashionable in the West in the late 1990s, where they are sometimes called “henna tattoos”.

Pakistani mehndi styles are also very popular worldwide. They are similar to Arabic mehndi designs.

Common Steps of Wearing a Saree

If draped properly it is the most sensuous, graceful and stylish attire a women can ever wear. A saree is an outfit which reveals as much as it hides. Wearing a saree is an art which is polished by practicing it again and again. It is very important to drape it properly, a clumsily draped sari can break the look of the saree and you personality as well.

Sometimes many women just wonder as to how to drape the 6 meter long cloth around the body? For them draping a saree is just like spending hours in solving the riddle and still not getting the solution. There are various styles of draping a saree. Once you practice the most common style of wearing a saree, rest would be easy to learn. Here is the solution for this problem.

Following are the steps to wear the saree

1. Tuck the plain end of the saree into the petticoat and continue tucking till you take a complete turn from right to left. Adjust the lower end of the saree to the height required. Ideally wear your footwear so that you drape the sari to the right length.

2. Create pleats with the sari. About 6 – 9 pleats would do with most saris. Here it is essential to see that the pleats are even and fall straight.

3. Tuck the pleats into the waist petticoat, taking care to see that the pleats are turned towards the left.

4. The remaining portion of the saree must be turned once around the body and then draped over the left shoulder.

5. Arrange the pleats on this part of the saree and then pin them up on the left shoulder to prevent the pallu from falling off.

Before draping the saree, ensure that you wear a well-fitting blouse and petticoat. Do not wear a flared petticoat. Getting a fall stitched on the saree bottom ensures a better drape. While some women prefer to wear the top portion of the saree loosely over the shoulder and allow the rest to fall gracefully, others pin up the front pallu in pleats for a neat look. Use a pin to secure the pallu on the blouse to prevent the sari from falling in front.
